When I look into the eyes of an animal, I do not see an animal. I see a living being. I see a friend. I feel a soul

Estate Planning for Animal Lovers

David is an animal lover, in every sense of the phrase.  He shares his home with his rescue pitbull, Frankie, and fully understands that animals are far more than "just pets".  They are best friends, family members, pals, and partners in crime.

David believes that a good estate plan take care of a strategy for everything that is important to you.  If you have a four legged pal that needs to be taken care of if you are rendered incapacitated or pass away, he can help setup the proper plan. If it's a charity that works with animals, who you'd like to donate your money to, upon your passing, David can help you with that too.

Depending on your wishes, David can help incorporate your four-legged friends or a charitable donation for animals, into your Estate Planning in a variety of ways.  Whether it's your dog, your competition horse, or a local animal shelter, David can setup the right plan for you.

David has combined his passion for animals and estate planning, allowing him to provide animal lovers the care they need when creating their estate plans:

  • Powers of Attorney- so your animal never suffers if you cannot handle your finances

  • Wills: naming a new owner for your animal- to avoid shelter placement
  • Wills: passing money for your animal(s) care
  • Wills: passing money to a animal charity

  • Trust: passing money for your animal(s) care
  • Trust: passing ownership of your animal(s)
  • Trust: setting up stipulations of ownership of your animal
